He carries many titles – Pastor, Daddy, Coach and Friend. Dorsia grew up in Landis, North Carolina and has served in ministry for over 20 years, starting off in Children & Youth ministry. He served as lay pastor of Centenary United Methodist Church, associate pastor of McRae United Methodist Church and pastor of Warwick United Methodist Church. He’s a graduate of North Carolina State University and received his Masters of Divinity in 2008 from Asbury Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Jodi, have been married since 1982 and have three kids – Chris, Brian and Danielle.

Natascha has been working with LifeSpring Church since December 2012. Natascha’s purpose as administrative assistant is to support the mission of the church, ensuring that the church runs smoothly, maintain the day-to-day operations and allows the pastor to focus on pastoral responsibilities. Her responsibility as Financial Secretary is to ensure accurate accounting and handling of all church finances.
Matt has been involved with LifeSpring since January 2012. As LifeGroup Coordinator Matt facilitates the training of LifeGroup leaders, procures study materials for groups, and connects individuals with LifeGroups that best meet them where they are. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Science in Mathematics. He has a beautiful wife of 2 years.
Sarah Fender has been the worship assistant at Life Spring since August 2015. She assists the worship coordinator with stage set up/ production, staff communication, and leading worship. When she is not singing on Sunday mornings she is a graduate assistant in the College of Education at Georgia Southern University while she works on her Master’s in Music Education. She really enjoys the opportunities that she has been given at Life Spring and loves being part of the wonderful congregation.
Ashley has been involved with LifeSpring since August 2009. As the Volunteer Coordinator Ashley engages and connects with people, and helps them find their passion for serving. She also facilitates the in-service and out-service opportunities that LifeSpring offers. She has a bachelors degree from Georgia Southern University and is pursuing her Master’s of Science in Organizational Management & Leadership from Charleston Southern University. She is also the proud aunt of 13 beautiful nieces and nephews.
Charlie Cox has recently retired and is volunteering his time to help out with the little things that need to be done and to help Dorsia and the church staff accomplish their tasks a little more easily. His only claim to fame is being grandpa to Harper, his first grand daughter.
