He carries many titles – Pastor, Daddy, Coach and Friend. Dorsia grew up in Landis, North Carolina and has served in ministry for over 20 years, starting off in Children & Youth ministry. He served as lay pastor of Centenary United Methodist Church, associate pastor of McRae United Methodist Church and pastor of Warwick United Methodist Church. He’s a graduate of North Carolina State University and received his Masters of Divinity in 2008 from Asbury Theological Seminary.

He and his wife, Jodi, have been married since 1982 and have three kids – Chris, Brian and Danielle.

Katie serves as our Children’s Ministry Coordinator. She has taken care of children and babies for over ten years. Katie has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education. It is her educational background, her love for children, and her experience that helps create a warm, loving and safe environment for children at LifeSpring.

Rebecca Shealy

Rebecca deals with all things music even outside of LifeSpring’s doors. Receiving her bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University in 2009 in Music Education and completing her Masters degree in 2011 in Instrumental Conducting. In August of 2012, she started full time at Screven County Middle School as their band director. Although music is her number one hobby, she also enjoys all things in sports, coffee, and spending time with family and friends.
